Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order is marked as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our beauty products, all sales are final. This includes lash trays, tools, and training materials. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive the wrong item, or a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at LashesbiSage@gmail.com with:

- Photos of the item(s)
- A short description of the issue
